Using breath awareness, mindfulness, posture and relaxation techniques, we will help you release the pressure, tension and unease that prevent you from living in the present moment and within the flow of your life.

Please bring lunch to share, a blanket and wear loose comfortable clothing which you can move in and breathe in without discomfort.
